KHARKIV

Kharkiv is the second largest city in Ukraine. It is located on the extreme northeastern border of the country. The church here is still in the early stages and the construction manager estimates that it will take about $45,000 at 1999 prices to complete the work. There is a Southern Baptist missionary family assigned to this city.
