Zhitomyr is a large city (pop. 500,000) about an hour and a half driving time northwest of Kiev. This city has the distinction of being home to Russia’s first man in outer space and a large air and space museum housing his space ship is located there. The pastor said that if they had $20,000, they could possibly finish before winter time this year.
