This city, located about 30 minutes driving time south of Kiev, has a population of approximately 100,000. The church started with 9 people in 1994 and held the dedication of their building in September, 2000. Miller and Peggy Garrison and Bob and Margaret Moore who had worked with NC teams on this church attended the dedication service.
